Le marché porte sur l'achat de fournitures et de petits matériels de bureau. La durée souhaitée est de 6 années. Ce marché est nécessaire pour assurer la continuité d'approvisionnement en fournitures de ce genre au sein du Parlement à l'échéance du contrat actuel. S'étaient joints au précédent marché la Cour de Justice de l'Union Européenne, la Banque Européenne d'Investissement et le Contrôleur européen de la protection des données. La procédure d'appel d'offres souhaitée est de nature interinstitutionnelle, pour laquelle le Parlement sera chef de file.
