Description
Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison de chaussures et de bottes de sécurité pour le personnel technique de la direction territoriale Seine-Nord. Il s'agit d'un appel d'offres ouvert passé en application des articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2, R.2161-2 et suivants du code de la commande publique. Pour chacun des lots, la consultation vise à l'attribution d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes mono-attributaire en application des articles L.2162-1, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et 14 du code de la commande publique. Les limites financières sont définies dans le dossier de consultation des entreprises et ce, pour chacun des lots.
