La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de carburants pour les engins et les véhicules de Calitom sur différents points de livraison situés en Charente. Les prestations sont réparties en 3 lots : - lot n°1 « Fourniture et livraison de carburants (Gasoil et Gasoil non routier) » : Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum, multi-attributaires, qui donneront lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le lot sera attribué à 4 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) ; - Lot n°2 « Fourniture d'ADBLUE » : Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum, multi-attributaires, qui donneront lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Le lot sera attribué à 4 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres) ; - Lot n°3 « Fourniture de B100 avec mise à disposition de cuves et adaptation des véhicules » : Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum, mono-attributaire
