Description
Cette nouvelle consultation fait suite à la déclaration sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général des lots n°1 et 2 de la consultation n°CALITOM-2024-F06AO publiée sur la plateforme de dématérialisation de Calitom le 1er août 2024 et sur les sites du BOAMP le 2 août 2024 sous le n° 24-90741 et du JOUE n°466001-2024. La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de carburants pour les engins et les véhicules de Calitom sur différents points de livraison situés en Charente. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - lot n°1 "Fourniture et livraison de carburants (Gasoil et Gasoil non routier)" ; - lot n°2 "Fourniture de solution aqueuse d'urée additivée (type AdBlue® additivé ou équivalent)". Il s'agit d'accords-cadres avec maximum, multi-attributaires, qui donneront lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents. Les contrats seront attribués à 4 opérateurs économiques (sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres). Les contrats sont conclus à compter de la date de leur notification jusqu'au 30 novembre 2026. La notification doit intervenir en fin d'année 2024 ou au tout début 2025
