La présente consultation a pour objet la fourniture et la livraison sur les sites de Calitom de bacs en plastique destinés à la collecte des ordures ménagères (OMr), déchets recyclables secs (CS) et des biodéchets. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec maximum passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique qui donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande
