Denna upphandling avser fotograferingstjänster, främst stillbildsfotografering men vid enstaka tillfällen även rörliga bilder i kortare sekvenser. RDF använder bilder både i sin interna och externa kommunikation. Riksdagens verksamhet, viktiga evenemang och händelser fotograferas när dessa bedöms ha ett allmänintresse och då det finns behov av dokumentation. Bilderna publiceras på riksdagen.se, intranätet, i sociala medier, i digitala annonser, trycksaker, böcker, studiemateriel, utställningar m.m.
