Description
Riksdagsförvaltningen har behov av prioriterad support samt kvalificerat och anpassat stöd från Microsoft avseende den plattform och de programvaror från Microsoft som RDF har inför ett eventuellt införande av Microsoft 365 i den befintliga it-miljön. Riksdagsförvaltningen har en it-miljö som bygger på Microsofts senaste teknik. Därför har Riksdagsförvaltningen behov av prioriterad support samt kvalificerat och anpassat stöd som är av sådan typ att det endast kan fullgöras av Microsofts egna experter. Riksdagsförvaltningen har därför beslutat att anskaffa denna prioriterade support samt kvalificerat och anpassat stöd enligt förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering, 6 kap. 14 §, p.2-3 i lagen (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling.
