Lotto n.1 (unico)- Importo posto a base di gara 400.380,38 € al netto IVA, di cui oneri per la sicurezza non soggetti a ribasso pari ad € 0,00. L’importo offerto dovrà essere inferiore all’importo posto a base di gara per il medesimo lotto sopra indicato. L’importo totale stimato dell’appalto è costituito dall’importo posto a base di gara maggiorato del valore dell’opzione di cui agli atti di gara. Pertanto, il valore totale stimato dell’appalto è pari ad euro € 480.456,46
