Description
The City and County Council as Contracting Authority seeks to procure the services of an Architect led Integrated Design Team to provide technical assistance for the re-purposing of the former Bank of Ireland in Rathkeale County Limerick for the co-location of enterprise and community facilities to bring an enhancement to the town centre and increase footfall
