Description
Upphandlingen syftar till att skapa ett ramavtal avseende företagshälsa för Skatteverket, Valmyndigheten, Kronofogdemyndigheten och Utbetalningsmyndigheten. Tjänsterna som upphandlas kan gälla insatser på individ-, grupp- och organisationsnivå. De utgör ett komplement till beställarnas egna resurser för insatser inom arbetsmiljöområdet. Samarbetet mellan respektive beställare och anbudsgivaren ska bidra till ökad kvalitet och effektivitet i verksamheterna. Medarbetarens besök hos anbudsgivaren ska avse arbetsrelaterade och arbetspåverkande besvär, d.v.s. besvär som direkt påverkar arbetet eller som riskerar att påverka arbetet. Anbudsgivaren kan även anlitas vid frågor som rör arbetsinriktad rehabilitering. I upphandlingen av företagshälsa ingår följande grupper av tjänster: - Proaktiva tjänster som syftar till att främja god fysisk, organisatorisk och social arbetsmiljö samt förebygga ohälsa i arbetslivet - Reaktiva tjänster som syftar till att hjälpa chef med utredning samt lämna förslag på åtgärder för att hantera situationer på organisations- och gruppnivå att hjälpa individer att så tidigt som möjligt bibehålla/återfå arbetsförmåga genom arbetsanpassning och rehabiliteri…
