Upphandlingen omfattar en komplett elektromekanisk leverans av utrustning för förbehandling av förpackat organiskt avfall från AB Borlänge Energis insamlingsområde. Leveransen inkluderar allt arbete relaterat till administration, planering, projektering, leverans, transport, installation, dokumentation, provning, kontroll, intrimning och uppstart av anläggningen samt genomförande av provdrift och prestandaprov. Projektet genomförs som en funktionsentreprenad där anläggningen ska uppfylla specificerade prestanda- och teknikkrav.
