Description
Umeå Energi Elnät AB upphandlar ett IT-stöd med syfte att förenkla arbetet för att kunna handla med effekt inom Umeå Energi Elnäts nätområde. Ett flexhandelssystem (eller flexmarknad) är en typ av marknad inom energisektorn där aktörer kan köpa och sälja flexibilitet – alltså förmågan att anpassa elproduktion eller elförbrukning efter behov i elsystemet. Offererat system ska ge tillgång till en samordnad och integrerad information med ett pedagogiskt webbaserat gränssnitt. Systemet ska kännetecknas av användarvänlighet. Upphandlingen omfattar inköp av licenser för nyttjande av systemet inklusive införande, installation, utbildning, underhåll och support.
