FinnHEMS Flight Services Ltd ("FinnHEMS") is procuring an cloud based software solution ("Service") that allows planning, tracking, reporting and upkeep of all necessary and critical information created by operations, training, HR and management. The Service shall be Software as a Service ("SaaS") and suitable for Helicopter Emergency Medical Service ("HEMS") operator.
