Description
Denna upphandling avser en tjänst, för värdering av fastigheter på de förorenade områden som SGU arbetar med samt även icke förorenade områden som kan behöva värderas. Ny lagstiftning har inneburit att fastigheter behöver värderas enligt anvisningar från Naturvårdsverket, då fastighetsägaren i vissa fall ska bekosta den eventuella värdeökning av fastigheten som sker vid sanering. Uppdraget omfattar t.ex. bostadsfastigheter, kommersiella fastigheter och jord- och skogsbruk.
