Description
Upphandlingen omfattar kommunens behov av en fastighetsbas med olika typer av fastighetsdata som kan tas ut för vidare bearbetning. Planen därefter är att utöka med ytterligare funktionalitet som täcker andra verksamhetsområden. I underlaget ingår dessa som både "bör och ska krav". Leverantören ska även kunna demonstrera ytterligare funktionalitet, dessa framgår i underlaget. Systemet ska vara en väletablerad standardprodukt som tillhandahålls som en molntjänst med regelbundna uppdateringar.
