Description
Upphandlingen avser fastighetsmäklartjänster för förmedling/försäljning av Region Västernorrlands fastigheter som innefattar vårdnära fastigheter såsom hälsocentraler och liknande samt andelar i bostadsrättsföreningar. Uppdraget innefattar även mäklartjänster som värderingar och inom området tillhörande rådgivning och tjänster. Denna upphandling ska utmynna i ett Ramavtal som gäller beräknade försäljningssummor som är lägre än 10 Mkr per uppdrag. Försäljningar som överstiger detta beräknade belopp kommer att upphandlas separat.Ramavtalet kommer ha en avtalstid på 4 år med möjlighet till förlängning maximalt 24 månader.
