Description
Upphandlingen avser tre (3) Drifttekniker på heltid inklusive var sin servicebil för nyttjande i arbetena inom Avtalet. Entreprenören ska tillhandahålla drifttekniker året runt, även under semesterperioder. Fastighetsdriften kommer främst att utföras i byggnader inom Stockholms stad men vid behov kan det bli aktuellt att arbete utförs i byggnader i Nynäshamns hamn och Stockholms Norviks hamn. Upphandlingen avser även jourtjänster utanför ordinarie arbetstid. Jourtjänsterna avser Stockholms innerstad, Nynäshamns hamn och Stockholm Norvik hamn. Beställaren har idag avtal med annan entreprenör avseende fastighetsdrift och jourtjänster i Kapellskärs hamn. Dock kan detta bli aktuellt att avropa fastighetsdrift och jourtjänster för Kapellskärs hamn inom detta Avtal. Beställaren avser att teckna Avtal med en (1) Entreprenör. Grunden för utvärdering är det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbuden baserat på pris och kvalitet. Avtalets uppskattade värde är fyra miljoner (4 000 000) svenska kronor per år. Uppskattad omsättning är varken bindande eller ska uppfattas som en utfästelse. Denna upphandling är inte delad i avtalsområden. Entreprenören ska lämna anbud på samtliga efterfrågade tjänster…
