Vetlanda kommun upphandlar Färskt kött (Fläsk, nöt och lamm) för kommunens måltidsservice. Måltidsservice Måltidsservice tillagar och serverar måltider till barn, elever och äldre inom Vetlanda kommuns olika verksamheter enligt Livsmedelsverkets rekommendationer. Vår främsta uppgift inom förskola och skola är att tillaga näringsriktiga måltider med stor variation som gör att barn och elever kan lära sig att äta en varierad kost. Varje dag erbjuds elever i skolan ett vegetariskt alternativ för att få fler elever att våga testa. Inom vård och omsorgs verksamheter tillagar vi måltider till de som bor på boende samt packar matlådor som hemtjänsten distribuerar till deras hem. Måltiderna inom vård och omsorg utgår efter en kvartalsmeny som anpassad i stor utsträckning efter individen. Vår uppgift är främst: Att tillaga måltider Att servera måltiderna inom förskola och skola på ett trevligt sätt Att erbjuda ett varierat utbud av maträtter Att erbjuda äldreomsorgen anpassade måltider utefter brukarens önskemål
