Description
Zur Sicherstellung der operativen Exzellenz im Sinne der Konzernziele muss der Ressourceneinsatz entlang der Wertschöpfungsprozesse auf den maximal produktiven Einsatz der Assets ausgerichtet werden. Dazu soll die Prozessintegration der ÖBB-PV AG in der neuen Einheit Exzellenzentwicklung Produktionsachse Personenverkehr organisatorisch verankert werden. Derzeit ist das Prozessmanagement auf BE2 innerhalb der Organisationseinheit Betriebsleitung & Prozesse, Qualität, Sicherheit und Umwelt angesiedelt. Die Mitarbeiter:innen werden aus der bestehenden Organisation übernommen.
