Härryda kommun inbjuder leverantörer till att lämna synpunkter på bifogat upphandlingsdokument. Syftet med den externa remissen är att ha en dialog med marknaden och reda ut eventuella problem samt få återkoppling på affärens upplägg och upphandlingsdokumentens utformning kopplat till krav och villkor felaktiga innan upphandlingsdokumentet annonseras.
