Radiologisk verksamhet inom Region Jämtland Härjedalen bedrivs på röntgenavdelningen på Östersund sjukhus samt på externa enheter vid hälsocentralerna i Åre, Järpen, Strömsund, Hammarstrand, Bräcke, Sveg, Svenstavik, Hede och Funäsdalen. Totalt utförs cirka 80 000 röntgenundersökningar/år fördelade inom modaliteterna konventionell radiologi, DT, IR, ultraljud och MRT. Radiologisk externgranskning jourtid Tjänsten Radiologisk externgranskning jourtid innefattar, att på distans, inneha roll som primärjour radiologi på Östersunds sjukhus kl 21.00-07.30. Inom ramen för uppdraget förväntas leverantören: Finnas omgående tillgänglig per telefon för remittenter och undersökande personalPrioritera, berättigandebedöma samt bestämma lämplig undersökningsmetod utifrån klinikens rutiner för akuta remisser inom 15 Minuter från beställd prioriteringGranska undersökningar och besvara remisser inom en timme från beställd granskningFör vissa undersökningar ska undersökningar både prioriteras och granskas omedelbart, detta omfattar till exempel Rädda Hjärnan, traumaundersökningar och andra urakuta undersökningar.
