Description
Region Jämtland Härjedalen avser, i egenskap av upphandlande myndighet, att upphandla centralsystem gällande biljetthantering för resa i kollektivtrafiken i region Jämtland Härjedalen och region Västernorrland, utrustning för biljetthantering samt kundnära system. Upphandlingen avser en helhetslösning för biljettsystem- och omfattar samtliga ingående delar inklusive hårdvara, mjukvara, licenser, implementering samt tillhörande säljkanaler såsom webbförsäljning och reseplanering, ombordförsäljning, ombudsförsäljning, skolbiljetter och mobilapp för biljettförsäljning, reseplanering och resenärsinformation. Upphandlingen omfattar även tillhörande tjänster för avhjälpande och förebyggande underhåll och support. Tillhandahållandet av centralsystemet är ett helhetsansvar där Leverantören ansvarar för att ha det övergripande och fullständiga ansvaret för leveransen av IT-stödet. Helhetsansvaret innefattar nödvändiga integrationer med omkringliggande system. IT-stödet ska vara ägnat att med eller utan anpassningar möta vid var tid gällande lagar, förordningar och bestämmelser för branschen för biljetthantering i kollektivtrafiken i enlighet med upphandlingsdokumenten.
