Description
Les prestations portent sur l'exploitation, la maintenance des installations de production, de distribution et d’émission de chauffage du CEA Paris-Saclay (P-SAC) situées : - sur le site de Fontenay aux Roses (FAR), - sur le site de Saclay et ses annexes : • l'Orme des Merisiers, • le Service Hospitalier Frédéric Joliot (SHFJ) situé à Orsay. Le marché sera conclu pour une tranche ferme à compter du 01/07/2024 (ou à compter du 1er avril 2023 en cas de réversibilité entrante) jusqu'au 14/01/2028 et 3 années de prolongation des prestations en option. Le présent avis porte sur les phases candidature et offre dans le cadre d'une procédure d'appel d'offres ouvert.
