Espoon Asunnot Oy:n kiinteistöjen rakennusautomaatiolaitteiden huolto- ja vikakorjauspalvelut toteuttaa toimeksiannon parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimmin siten että korjausten vasteaika on mahdollisimman lyhyt ja kiinteistöjen järjestelmät toimivat mahdollisimman energiatehokkaasti. Kiinteistöt on lueteltu tämän sopimuksen liitteenä olevassa kiinteistöluettelossa.
