Description
Espoon Asunnot Oy on Espoon kaupungin omistama vuokrataloyhtiö, jonka tarkoituksena on tuottaa asumispalveluja kuntalaisille. Yhtiön omistuksessa on tällä hetkellä noin 315 kiinteistöä ja niissä noin 17 000 asuntoa. Pyydämme tarjoustanne Espoon Asunnot Oy:n seuraavan alueen kiinteistönhuoltopalveluista: - Alue 3.11: Kiltakallio, Suvela, Suna, Saarniraivio ja Ymmersta, jossa on 31 kiinteistöä. Sopimus alkaa 1.10.2026. Sopimus on aluksi määräaikainen 18 kuukauden ajan ja jatkuu tämän jälkeen toistaiseksi voimassa olevana, ellei jompikumpi sopijapuoli ilmoita kirjallisesti viimeistään kolme (3) kuukautta ennen määräaikaisen sopimuskauden päättymistä, ettei sopimusta jatketa. Toistaiseksi voimassa olevan sopimuksen irtisanomisaika on kuusi (6) kuukautta. Avainhallinta asiakaspalvelupisteineen ei sisälly tarjouspyyntöön. Asiakaspalvelun voi hoitaa puhelimitse ja sähköisesti kiinteistöllä tehtävien töiden lisäksi. Tarjous tehdään tarjouslomakkeelle. Tarjouslomakkeen ensimmäiselle sivulle ilmoitetaan kausihuollon kuukausihinnat eri kiinteistöille, ja toiselle sivulle erikseen tilattavien erillistöiden hinnat.
