Description
Espoon Asunnot kilpailuttaa LVIA-suunnittelupalveluiden puitejärjestelyn asuinrakennuskohteisiin. Hankinta on jaettu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin: 1. Uudisrakennukset, LVIA-suunnittelu 2. Peruskorjaukset ja -parannukset, LVIA-suunnittelu Tarjoaja voi tehdä tarjouksen molempiin osa-alueisiin tai vain toiseen. Hankinta toteutetaan puitejärjestelynä. Tässä hankinnassa puitejärjestelyllä tarkoitetaan Tilaajan ja usean toimittajan välistä sopimusta. Puitejärjestelyyn perustuvat hankinnat tehdään puitejärjestelyssä vahvistettujen ehtojen mukaisesti. Puitesopimus ei muodosta Tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta. Yksittäinen hankinta voidaan hankkia suoraan yhdeltä puitesopimustoimittajalta tai minikilpailuna, jossa erillinen kohdekohtainen tarjouspyyntö laitetaan useammalle puitesopimusjärjestelyssä mukana olevalle palveluntuottajalle.
