Description
KI want to amplify DNA without the use of bacteria or other cells, using fully synthetic, enzymatic DNA amplification. The supplier must amplify the vector OR a specific part of the vector (e.g. a restriction fragment) as a linear fragment using enzymatic methods (without bacteria), and deliver the purified DNA to KI on demand.
