Description
hyra av entrémattor inklusive leverans, utläggning, hämtning, tvätt, underhåll och utbytesservice till Umeå universitets verksamheter. Avtalet ska omfatta ca 95% entréer inom universitetets verksamhetsområden, inklusive Konstnärligt Campus och Campus Örnsköldsvik. Leverantören ska tillhandahålla en behovsanpassad mattservice där utbytesfrekvens och antal entrémattor kan variera under avtalsperioden. Behovet kan påverkas av bland annat entréernas användningsgrad, säsongsvariationer, ombyggnationer, verksamhetsförändringar samt tillkommande eller avyttrade lokaler. Beställaren garanterar inga volymer under avtalsperioden. Nuvarande behov omfattar cirka 100 entrémattor, vilket endast ska betraktas som en ungefärlig uppgift och inte utgör någon utfästelse om framtida omfattning. Leverantören ska säkerställa att entrémattorna vid varje tidpunkt håller avtalad funktion och kvalitet avseende smuts- och fuktupptagning, säkerhet, renhet och allmänt skick.
