Description
This Contract Award Notice is the second contract award notice required on this procurement (Contract Notice 2023/S 139-439651) ( Contract Award Notice 1: 2024-OJS093-00283911) which was conducted in accordance with the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, pursuant to Article 46 of S.I. No. 286/2016 – European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016. EirGrid under this agreement is engaging the following for the provision of Low Carbon Inertia Services.
