Description
This Contract Award Notice is the first of a number required on this procurement (Contract Notice 2023/S 139-439651) which was conducted in accordance with the negotiated procedure with prior call for competition, pursuant to Article 46 of S.I. No. 286/2016 - European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016. EirGrid under this agreement is engaging the following for the provision of Low Carbon Inertia Services. Contract No.1: Quarry Lane Stability Ltd. (wholly owned subsidiary of the Statkraft Ireland Group) Address: Quarry Lane, Ballysumaghan, Sooey, Co. Sligo Contract No.2: Glencloosagh Energy Limited. (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Statkraft Ireland Group) Address: Glencloosagh, Kilpaddoge, Tarbert, Co. Kerry
