Deze aanbesteding voor engineersdiensten bestaat uit 2 percelen. Perceel 1 Voor een uitgebreide versie van de Opdrachtomschrijving voor Perceel 1 wordt er verwezen naar Bijlage Opdrachtomschrijving Perceel 1 Stationswerk Aanraakveiligheid in Mercell. Doelen: Realiseren van aanraakveiligheid volgens de ACM standaarden in de regio's Amsterdam, Hilversum en Nijmegen vóór de ACM gestelde deadline van september 2027. Leveringsvastheid garanderen op MS en LS niveau door stations toekomstbestendig te maken middels ombouw. Productie vergroten door het ontwerp van de stations en verbindingen uit te besteden aan de markt Een effectieve samenwerking opzetten op basis van regie, waarin de marktpartijen gestimuleerd worden om effectief samen te werken met minimale tussenkomst van Alliander. Scope aanraakveiligheid: Voor de verzorgingsgebieden Amsterdam, Hilversum en Nijmegen zijn er naar schatting in totaal 1800 stations en 4500 Verbindingen die niet aanraakveilig zijn. Deze stations en verbindingen moeten vóór september 2027 aanraakveilig zijn.
