Description
Vanwege de toenemende netbelasting zijn aanzienlijke extra investeringen in het laagspanningsnet noodzakelijk. De snelheid waarmee deze investeringen gerealiseerd moeten worden, kan niet langer met de huidige werkwijze worden gehaald. Daarom wordt, naast de bestaande productiestraat, een aparte productiestraat ingericht om LS netten buurtgericht te upgraden. Dit doen we omdat we in de bestaande productiestraat niet de voorwaarden kunnen creëren voor de beoogde groei naar een tempo van 100 buurten per jaar vanaf 2028. De kerndoelstelling van de LS Productiestraat is: met een zo hoog mogelijk tempo, in één keer goed, buurtgericht proactief realiseren van verzwaring van bestaande laagspanningsnetten naar toekomst-vaste staat. Dat betekent concreet dat we in de productiestraat LS kiezen voor: 1. Uitsluitend planbaar (proactief) werk. 2. Zo min mogelijk afhankelijkheden. 3. Risico’s vroegtijdig inzichtelijk en aangepakt of geaccepteerd. 4. Oplossingen voor het volledige LS-net van een hele buurt. 5. Een duidelijk afgebakende technische scope. 6.
