ELLEVIO POWERQ KVALIFICERINGSSYSTEM FÖR LUF-UPPHANDLADE ENTREPRENADER Ellevio PowerQ är Ellevios kvalificeringssystem för alla LUF-upphandlade entreprenader. Tillämplig lag för detta kvalificeringssystem är lag (2016:1146) om upphandling inom försörjningssektorerna ("LUF"). Upphandlingar inom kvalificeringssystemet avser normalt entreprenader med ett uppskattat kontraktsvärde om cirka 20 miljoner kronor och uppåt. Alla entreprenader som avser stationer, luftledningar eller kabelförläggning kommer som huvudregel genomföras inom ramen för kvalificeringssystemet. Syftet med Ellevio PowerQ är att skapa ökad förutsägbarhet och en mer effektiv upphandlingsprocess för både entreprenörer och Ellevios inköps- och projektorganisation. Detta är en viktig del i att säkerställa den kapacitet vi behöver för att möta Ellevios växande investeringsvolymer de kommande åren.
