Käesoleva hankemenetluse esemeks on elektrodünaamilise vibratsioonikatsetussüsteemi ostmine vastavalt HD lisas 1 esitatud tehnilisele kirjeldusele. Lepingu täitmise tähtaeg on hiljemalt 12 (kaksteist) kuud pärast hankelepingu sõlmimist.
