Description
Miljöeffektiva transporter är viktigt i Norrtälje kommuns miljöprogram. Att nyttja elbilpool bidrar till att uppfylla flera av kommunens miljömål genom en effektivare fordonsanvändning och lägre utsläpp. Syftet med denna upphandling är att följa miljömål och att i förlängningen ersätta inhyrda bensindrivna fordon. Detta avtal reglerar hyra av elbilar samt tillhörande bilpoolsystem enligt beskrivning nedan. Vidare kan Kommunen komma att avropa angivna optioner.
