Description
Ramavtalet omfattar el- och belysningsarbeten av gatubelysning inom Halmstads kommun, inklusive drift, underhåll, felavhjälpning, besiktning och tillståndsbedömning samt ny-, om- och reinvesteringsarbeten avseende belysningsanläggningar och tillhörande elanläggningar. I uppdraget ingår även systematiska kontroller och besiktningar av anläggningarnas funktion, elsäkerhet och status som underlag för planerat underhåll och reinvestering. Inom ramen för ramavtalet ska även arbeten avseende säsongsbelysning kunna avropas. Detta omfattar exempelvis montering, demontering, inkoppling, urkoppling, drift, tillsyn, felavhjälpning samt enklare anpassningar av säsongs- och dekorationsbelysning i offentlig miljö. Vid behov (ett avrop) ska även besiktning av lin- och vajerupphängningar för säsongsbelysning och annan upphängd belysning kunna avropas. Besiktningen ska omfatta kontroll av upphängningarnas konstruktion, infästningar, bärförmåga, mekaniskt skick samt elsäkerhet, inklusive bedömning av påverkan från vind, väder och yttre belastning. Besiktningen ska dokumenteras och redovisas till beställaren med angivande av eventuella brister, risker samt förslag till åtgärder
