Description
Eskilstuna kommunfastigheter AB (Kfast) bjuder in leverantörer att lämna anbud avseende upphandling av ekonomisystem som en molntjänst. Syftet med upphandlingen är att anskaffa ett modernt, integrerat och användarvänligt ekonomisystem som stödjer och möjliggör organisationens målbild för ekonomifunktionen som en affärsnära, analysstark och digitalt mogen partner till verksamhet och ledning. Ekonomisystemet ska säkerställa en effektiv och ändamålsenlig ekonomistyrning genom standardiserade, datadrivna och i hög grad automatiserade processer med inbyggd kontroll och spårbarhet, ska vidare stödja efterlevnad av lagar, redovisningsregler och ägardirektiv samt möjliggöra rapportering till ledning, verksamhet, ägare, styrelse och myndigheter. Genom moderna och väl integrerade systemstöd ska administrativa moment minska och tid frigöras för analys, rådgivning och annat värdeskapande arbete som bidrar till effektiv utveckling. Upphandlingen omfattar leverans av ett ekonomisystem som molntjänst (SaaS) samt införande och tillhörande tjänster enligt nedan. Anbudsgivaren ska tillhandahålla samtliga delar i uppdraget.
