Αντικείμενο είναι η προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση νέου εφεδρικού συστήματος βραχέων επικοινωνιών HF σε όλη την επικράτεια. Το υπό προμήθεια υλικό θα αποτελέσει εφεδρικό σύστημα επικοινωνιών μεταξύ του Ενιαίου Συντονιστικού Κέντρου Επιχειρήσεων και Διαχείρισης Κρίσεων (ΕΣΚΕΔΙΚ) με τα δεκατρία (13) Περιφερειακά Κέντρα Επιχειρήσεων (ΠΕΚΕ), τα τέσσερα (4) Κινητά Επιχειρησιακά Κέντρα Όλυμπος (ΚΕΚ) του Πυροσβεστικού Σώματος και της Διεύθυνσης Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών του Π.Σ. σε περίπτωση «mega catastrophe event», όταν καμία άλλη επικοινωνία (συμβατική ή δορυφορική) δε θα είναι εφικτή καθώς και η παροχή εκπαίδευσης για την ορθή λειτουργία του συστήματος και σχετικού εκπαιδευτικού υλικού (οδηγίες χρήσης και οπτικοακουστικό υλικό) στην ελληνική γλώσσα. Η εκπαίδευση θα πραγματοποιηθεί σε συνεργασία με το προσωπικό του αρμόδιου τμήματος της Διεύθυνσης Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών στο Μοσχάτο Αττικής. Αυτή θα γίνει με φυσική παρουσία των εκπαιδευομένων και θα βιντεοσκοπηθεί
