Description
FOI har tidigare annonserat upphandling avseende totalentreprenad för uppförande av Vätgasproduktionsanläggning till försörjning av mikrofiber FOI-2023-2137 som resulterade i att inga kvalificerade anbud inkom. Efter att ovan nämnd upphandling inte gav något resultat, genomförande av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling 6 kap. 14§ punkt 2 och frivillig förhandsinsyn (FOI-2024-991), har FOI ingått kontrakt med Oazer Hydrogen Electric AB, 559448-5541) avseende köp av nyckelfärdig vätgasproduktionsanläggning.
