Description
Beställaren avser att upphandla installation och konfiguration, drift, utveckling och support av e-tjänsteplattformen (även kallat "systemet"). Drift av e-tjänstplattform ska ske hos leverantören, även om vi också efterfrågar villkoren för eventuell framtida lokal drift. Installation omfattar nyckelfärdig lösning med den fulla funktionalitet som finns i den vid anbudslämnandet senaste versionen av Open ePlatform, inklusive samtliga moduler. Konfiguration omfattar men begränsas inte till anpassning till beställarens individuella grafiska profiler (med möjlighet till flera domäner/profiler), färdig lösning för Mina sidor, Mina ärenden och Min profil, SAML 2.0 integration mot beställarens olika säkerhetsplattformars IDP:er för inloggning med e-legitimation, se Kravspecifikation i avsnitt 3. Tjänsten för e-legitimation och e-signering upphandlas som option, där det är frivilligt för leverantör att offerera optionen och frivilligt för beställaren att avropa optionen under avtalet. Observera att om leverantör offererar e-legitimation och e-signering ska detta tillhandahållas under hela avtalstiden om beställaren så begär. Svar på om optionen offereras görs i punkt 3.1.3.16.3.
