Description
Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist es, eine optimierte Systemlandschaft mit standardisierten Prozessen und moderner Technologie zu schaffen, die die Effizienz und Transparenz bei der Prüfung, Tarifierung und Regulierung von Netzbetreibern durch die E-Control verbessert. Wesentliche Maßnahmen umfassen die Anbindung an ein zentrales Data Repository, die Implementierung einheitlicher Verarbeitungs- und Auswertungsprozesse, die Unterstützung diverser Prüfmethoden wie Outlier-Detection und Ratio-Analysen, sowie die Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit durch Dokumentation und Versionierung. Darüber hinaus soll das System automatisierte Prüfungen und Dokumentenerstellung ermöglichen und den Prüfungsleiter/innen Werkzeuge zur Erstellung von Simulationen und Szenarien bieten, um die Prüfprozesse effizienter und nachvollziehbarer zu gestalten.
