Los 1 umfasste Hardware- und Los 2 Softwareprodukte. Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens war der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung je Los, mit bis zu drei Rahmenvereinbarungspartner:innen. Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird für eine Laufzeit von vier Jahren abgeschlossen und soll sicherstellen, dass die Auftraggeberin stets Zugang zu modernen und leistungsfähigen IT-Ressourcen hat.
