Description
Göteborgs universitetsbibliotek köper varje år enstaka e-böcker för drygt 2 500 000 kr. E-boksmarknaden består av en mängd olika aktörer, både enskilda förlag och aggregatorer. Vilket alternativ som väljs är avhängigt vilka behov e-boken skall möta. Biblioteket har behov av att upphandla en tjänst för hela inköpsprocessen såsom sökning, urval och beställning av akademiska e-böcker från både aggregatorer och förlag. Upphandlingen avser enstaka e-boksköp (single purchase) inte paketlösningar såsom DDA, EBA eller liknande. Biblioteket önskar en plattform med stort utbud av akademiska e-böcker, som underlättar arbetsflöden, besparar arbetstid när det gäller moment i angränsning till beställning av e-böcker såsom dubblettkontroll, fakturahantering med mera. Målet är att kvalitetssäkra inköpsprocessen.
