Description
Dublin City Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for services to support Community Arts Programmes working with Area Offices in the North East Inner City (NEIC) region. Please note that this project is subject to funding. For further information please refer to documentation available to download from www.etenders.gov.ie Resource ID 3994466 The framework agreement will be established as a multi-party framework agreement with a maximum number of three (3) members, subject to that that number being successful in the competition. The maximum duration of the framework agreement will be four (4) years subject to satisfactory annual review of performance. The contract will be for a maximum period of one (1) year. The Contracting Authority reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract, subject to satisfactory performance, budget availability and ongoing business needs. The number and duration of extensions will be one (1) year extensions up to a maximum contract duration of four (4) years. This service is defined as a Title III service.
