Entreprenaden omfattar skötsel och tillsyn av yttre mark på fastigheter inom B:s bestånd året runt (inom Skellefteå kommun). Det omfattar bl.a. tillsyn och skötsel av vegetationsytor och avfalls- och miljörum/utrymme, skräpplockning, snöröjning och halkbekämpning inklusive beredskap och jour. Upphandlingen är uppdelad i två anbudsområden, Nord och Syd. Avtal kommer att tecknas med en L per område.
