Entreprenaden omfattar tillsyn och skötsel, även kallat rondering, av värmepumpar och kylmaskiner. Entreprenaden omfattar också periodisk läcksökning av köldmedium för både värmepumpar och kylmaskiner, samt viss administrativ förvaltning för Bostads AB Poseidons fastigheter i Göteborg. Underhålls- och felavhjälpande arbeten ska kunna beställas som tilläggsarbeten för både värmepumpar och kylmaskiner.
