Entreprenaden omfattar också periodisk läcksökning av köldmedium för både värmepumpar och kylmaskiner, samt viss administrativ förvaltning för Bostads AB Poseidons fastigheter i Göteborg. Underhålls- och felavhjälpande arbeten ska kunna beställas som tilläggsarbeten för både värmepumpar och kylmaskiner.
