Bostads AB Poseidons målsättning med denna upphandling är att skriva ett avtal per delområde med en entreprenör som har tillräcklig kapacitet och kunnande för att på ett snabbt, smidigt, tekniskt och ekonomiskt optimalt sätt utföra service och översyn i Beställarens hissbestånd. Arbetet utgörs av regelbundna servicearbeten och hantering av inkomna larm samt åtgärder vid felanmälningar på hissar i Beställarens distrikt. Totalt avser Bostads AB Poseidon att teckna sju (7) avtal, ett för respektive distrikt.
