Description
Upphandlingen omfattar drift och underhåll av offentlig belysning inom Östra Göinge kommun, Osby kommun, Hörby kommun och Höörs kommun. Upphandlingen genomförs av Inköpscentralen för Östra Göinge, Osby, Hörby, Höör och Bromölla som i denna upphandling agerar som en inköpscentral enligt LOU för nämnda kommuner (se också AFA.12). Efter genomförd upphandling avser upphandlande myndigheter teckna ramavtal var för sig. Anbud kan lämnas på delar av upphandlingen, dvs. respektive kommuns geografiska område utgör ett anbuds-/avtalsområde. Upphandlande myndigheter avser teckna ramavtal med en leverantör per anbuds-/avtalsområde. Planerad avtalstid är fr.o.m. 2024-06-01 t.o.m. 2025-05-31 med möjlighet till förlängning i tre (3) år med ett (1) år i taget.
