Uppdraget omfattar att dygnet runt, året om, driva och utveckla två (2) gruppbostäder och två (2) servicebostäder (Södermalms grupp- och servicebostäder). Grupp- och servicebostäderna har inriktning mot vuxna enligt 9 § punkt 9, LSS och avser personkrets 1 enligt 1 § punkt 1. Uppdraget omfattar även att driva och utveckla Teckentullens dagliga verksamhet. Den dagliga verksamheten har inriktning mot vuxna enligt 9 § punkt 10, LSS och avser personkrets 1 enligt 1 § punkt 1.
