Description
Przedmiotem są dostawy produktów farmaceutycznych, wraz z ich transportem, rozładunkiem i wniesieniem (na koszt i ryzyko Wykonawcy) w sposób wskazany przez Zamawiającego do Apteki Szpitalnej przy ul. 3 Maja 37. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Formularz cenowy (OPZ) – stanowiący Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych – dwadzieścia dwa (22) zadania / części. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert równoważnych. Szczegółowe regulacje określono w SWZ.
